Back to School Night

Back to School night will be Wednesday, September 2nd, 5:00pm to 7:30 pm. Come enjoy a delicious lasagna dinner, visits to classrooms, and an informational meeting with Boosters. We hope to see you there!

Notice of CANCELED Board Meeting

The Southern Humboldt Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees meeting set for August 13, 2026 has been canceled.

A Special Meeting has been called for:
Wednesday, August 12, 2026
Closed Session: 3:30 P.M.
Open Session: 4:30 P.M.
Location: SFHS Wellness Center

The agenda for this Special Meeting will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
Back to School BBQ Flyer

Back to School BBQ

Monday, August 17th, 12pm-2pm SFHS will host a Back to School BBQ. All students and their families welcome. New students and freshman will be able to pick up schedules, meet staff and teachers, and get a tour of the campus. There will be a BBQ and lawn games as well. Hope to see you there!

Notice of Public Hearing June 25, 2026: Education Protection Account

A public hearing regarding the Education Protection Account EPA is scheduled for: Thursday, June 25th, 2026 Redway Elementary School-Gymnasium 344 Humboldt Ave, Redway, CA 95560The final Education Protection Account (EPA) Projections adoption will then take place at a special meeting of the Board of Trustees scheduled for June 26, 2026.
